The New CSS Remix
It just seemed like last week when John Mills launched v2 of his popular gallery site, CSS Remix. V2 of his site was welcomed with mixed reviews. Some people were quite put off by all the space given to advertisements.
CSS Remix has gone under another change. Personally, I do not like the design as much as the previous version. However, the functionality and pure power that is demonstrated with the use of Expression Engine is fantastic. Once you sign up, you really get to see how much there is beneath the surface. Gone is wordpress!
Pending Submissions
Pending submissions is a really cool feature of the new version. Once you submit a site, you are redirected to see what the status is. If your site was denied (its amazing how many site don’t make it) you get to see when, so you know the deal is done.
